Saltana is a live voice chat app for adults. If something is wrong with your account, a room, or a purchase, write to us.
Include your username and a short description of what happened.
Delete your account
Open Settings in the app and delete the account. It closes immediately. Sign in again within 30 days if you want it back. After 30 days the account and personal data are permanently deleted. You can also email us and ask for deletion.
Purchases
Diamonds and gold are digital items inside Saltana. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money. On Android they are sold by Google Play. On iPhone they are sold by Apple. Ask that store for a refund. Saltana does not charge your card directly.
VIP is an in-app status you pay for with diamonds. It is not an auto-renewing subscription charged by Google Play or Apple.
Copyright
Music in a room is played by the people in that room. Saltana does not choose the audio. If a file should be removed because you own it, email support@saltana.live with the track name, the username, and where you heard it. You can also report the audio from the music player inside the app.
Age
Saltana is for people 18 and older.
